Functions:
1. Supplier can get VAT back;
2. Cargo can be neutralized (removal of any suppliers labels, markings on the packing);
3. Exchange of invoice and packing list of supplier with your invoice and packing list;
4. Supplier gets only forwarders cargo receipt (no Bill of Lading or Airway bill);
5. If your buyer has a tax free import preference, (e.g. gov. approved investment) your locally manufactured cargo is exported to our warehouse, from where your buyer can re-import the cargo without paying duty and/or VAT;
6. Picking and packing of cargo from different suppliers into one packing, e.g. cables from Zhejiang combined with a Blu-ray player from Jiangsu packed in a carton and shipped to Europe
3PL Shanghai Warehousing
MTM Shanghai Bonded Logistics Park Warehouse
- Purpose 1: If you look for a way to buy and sell goods in China without having a company there or only a Rep. Office, this is the warehouse service you need. Your supplier and customer will not know of each other, they only contact us and you. You keep your contacts confidential.
- Purpose 2: If you sell to a Chinese client based on an overseas contract but partially buy also in China, you can export your local manufactured cargo to our warehouse and have your Chinese client re-import it.
- Suitable for all kinds of cargo, like spare parts, consumer goods, semi-finished material
- Samples: If you need samples to be sent from your supplier to your customer or his factory in China, we can help you collecting the sample and forward it
MTM Shanghai Free Trade Zone Warehouse
- Purpose: Imports from overseas are duty and tax free
- Suitable for all kinds of cargo, like spare parts, consumer goods, semi-finished material
- Advantages: Import of big volume, sales of small volume according to buyers order with short delivery times; adjustments can be done on short notice; cargo can be picked and packed according to consignees requirements, e.g. for spare parts or for importing food
Functions:
1. Cargo is temporary consigned to a trading company in the FTZ;
2. No VAT and tax is levied as long as the cargo remains in the FTZ
3. Partial clearance and delivery of cargo, e.g. import of full container load, customs clearance and delivery of some sold parts only
4. Cargo can be modified, processed, repacked or relabeled (necessary for all food imports)
5. Cargo can be split and re-exported to another country, e.g. warehouse can be used as an Asian hub to cut short delivery times and avoiding air freight from Europe or the US, e.g. transit time from Shanghai to Osaka by LCL is 3 days
Functions:
1. Cargo is temporary consigned to a trading company in the FTZ;
2. No VAT and tax is levied as long as the cargo remains in the FTZ
3. Under air con and humidifier control in clean environment with temperature range of 18-25 degrees Celsius and less than 50% humidity
4. Split of cargo and customs clearance, e.g. import of full container load, customs clearance and delivery of some sold parts only
5. Cargo can be modified, processed, repacked or relabeled (necessary for all food imports)
6. Cargo can be split and re-exported to another country, e.g. warehouse can be used as an Asian hub to cut short delivery times and avoiding air freight from Europe or the US
MTM Shanghai Free Trade Zone Warehouse, temperature and humidity controlled
We are one of the very few that offer a bonded, temperature and humidity (!) controlled warehouse in Shanghai. If you find us for this service, you might call yourself lucky.
- Purpose: Imports of temperature and humidity sensitive goods from overseas are duty and tax free within this warehouse
- Suitable for all kinds of cargo that require a temperature of below 25 degrees celsius and/or less than 55% relative humidity, like beverages, food, raw coffee, non-DG chemicals, rubber or other sensitive material
- Advantages: Import of big volume, sales of small volume according to buyers order with short delivery times; adjustments can be done on short notice; products can be labelled according to latest requirements, existing labels can be changed, cargo can be picked and packed according to consignees requirements
